Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies
Winter life hack: whip up some dough before you/your children head out for chores/play. As soon as you get back inside, pop them into the oven and by the time you/everyone is undressed, you’ll have warm, freshly baked cookies waiting for you!
Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup salted butter softened
2 ripe bananas
3/4 cup coconut sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
semi-sweet chocolate chips (measure with your heart)
Instructions
Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and set aside.
Cream butter, bananas, and sugar together. Beat in vanilla extract until combined.
Stir in the flour mixture just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Refrigerate dough for 30ish minutes.
Preheat oven to 375F.
Bake cookies for 9-10 minutes or just until they start to turn golden.
